Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from Karisma Modern Kitchen. To be eligible, the product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Product condition
Products must be returned in their original condition — unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged, used or not in its original condition.
3. Refund process
To start a refund, email our customer support team at info@karismamodern.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. Once approved, we will share return instructions. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.
4. Return shipping
Customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Non-refundable items
Certain items — including downloadable software, gift cards and perishable goods — are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever applies.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
